President Trump is desperate for the Supreme Court to help him with this vital ruling

Donald Trump needs the high court to rule in his favor. This could be a major case.

And President Trump is desperate for the Supreme Court to help him with this vital ruling.

Donald Trump announced Friday that he will waste no time challenging a decision that seeks to stop work on the new ballroom in the White House.

The ruling came from judges that included Obama appointee Patricia A. Millett and Biden appointee Bradley N. Garcia.

Those judges declared that the project requires formal approval from Congress before it can move forward.

Trump responded quickly on Truth Social, making clear the decision does not take immediate effect.

“The decision has been stayed, and does not take effect for a period of time. We will be immediately appealing to the United States Supreme Court,” he said in his post.

He described the court action as far more than a simple procedural dispute. In Trump’s view, the order amounts to a direct danger to the country.

“The Military and Secret Service are viewing this horrendous, politically motivated, and unlawful ruling as a National Security threat to our Nation in that the entire Complex is being built for the protection of our Country and, additionally, all future Presidents,” Trump stated.

“The single, integrated project includes Bomb Shelters, State of the Art Hospital and Medical Facilities, Protective Partitioning, Top Secret Military Facilities, Structures and Equipment, Protective Missile Resistant Steel, Columns, Roofs, and Beams, Drone Proof Ceilings and Roofs, Military Grade Venting, and Bullet, Ballistic, and Blast Proof Glass.”

“It is all tied together as one big, expensive, and very complex unit, which is vital for National Security and Military Operations of the United States of America!”

Trump stressed that the ballroom itself is not some luxury add-on. It forms part of a much larger secure facility designed to keep the White House and its occupants safe against modern threats.

Construction has advanced rapidly and remains on track to finish early while staying under budget.

“The Circuit Court also refused to acknowledge that the desperately needed, and totally secure Ballroom, which is being built ahead of schedule and under budget, is a Gift from President Trump and Great Patriots of the United States of America,” Trump stated.

Supporters of the project see the judges’ intervention as pure political interference.

The same voices that once ignored renovations under prior administrations now suddenly demand congressional sign-off only when Trump is in charge. The timing raises obvious questions about motive.
