The White House’s reckless funding of terrorists exposed in new report

Joe Biden isn’t just incompetent. He’s actively putting Americans in grave danger.

Because the White House’s reckless funding of terrorists has been exposed in a new report.

In spite of cutting funds for the United Nations agency just last week due to allegations that personnel were complicit in the Hamas bombings on October 7, the Biden administration has awarded more than a billion dollars to the same group.

Following Friday’s revelation that numerous UNRWA employees had been involved in the 1,200 civilian deaths and hundreds of hostage situations that occurred on October 7 as a result of Hamas strikes on Israel, the Biden administration and several other nations cut off financing to the agency. In 2021, following cuts made by the Trump administration, the Biden administration restored financing for UNRWA and started providing hundreds of millions of dollars annually.

According to Ambassador Chris Lu, the United States has given over $1 billion to UNRWA since 2021, making it the biggest donor to the Palestinian people, as stated in November by the U.S. Representative for UN Management and Reform. “UNRWA needs more support from more donors,” Chris Lu said.

As reported by The Times of Israel, in 2021, the Biden government pledged to begin fulfilling “its humanitarian obligations” after claiming that the decision to stop aid by the previous Trump administration had “harmed” the Palestinian population.

U.S. Ambassador Richard Mills, who was the interim ambassador at the time, told the Associated Press that “President Biden has been clear that he intends to restore U.S. assistance programs that support economic development programs and humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people” in January 2021.

The donor charts of UNRWA show that in 2021, the organization received $338 million from the Biden administration, which it distributed among its many initiatives. The next year, the U.S. federal government sent out more than $343 million to UNRWA.

Biden administration funding for UNRWA reached $296 million in September 2023, with the goal of reaching $1 billion in under three years, according to U.S. Representative to the U.N. Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield. After Biden became president in 2021, the Biden government reportedly gave UNRWA more than $1 billion by November 2023.

In light of recent allegations regarding UNRWA’s links to terrorism, the Biden administration has decided to temporarily suspend financing for the organization, as revealed on Friday. More than a thousand employees were found to have links to Islamic jihadist terrorist groups like Hamas, including a number of employees who were involved in the October 7 bombings by Hamas.

Since an investigation is now underway, the government has decided to put a halt to all funding for UNRWA, which they say “plays a critical role in providing lifesaving assistance to Palestinians.” According to a State Department spokesman who talked with Pluribus, UNRWA can continue to spend any monies it has received or collected from the Biden administration up to Friday, even though the United States will not be paying the organization going forward.

There was a prior warning from U.S. security services that money meant for Palestinian help from UNRWA may end up in the hands of Hamas. Despite these concerns, the Biden administration decided to provide funds.

In the face of budget cuts from the United States and associated nations, UNRWA is making an immediate plea for public donations. Pluribus claims the agency has been silent on the subject of when its operations will be impacted by a funding shortfall and the extent to which its financial resources are at risk.

Dozens of Americans were tragically killed in the October 7 attack on Israel at the hands of radical Islamic terrorists in Hamas.

The fact that there’s even a remote possibility that American taxpayers were sent from the Biden administration to the UNRWA to be used in the gross terrorist attack that cost innocent American and Israeli lives is flat-out unbelievable.

This isn’t territory of Joe Biden being incompetent anymore. We’re way past that point, no doubt.

The Trump administration in 2018 decided to cut ties with the UNRWA and that was clearly the right decision. Everyone is now left to wonder why the Biden administration decided to refund the UNRWA once again.

And why almost a billion U.S. taxpayer dollars? That’s no chump change.

Certainly, this doesn’t help the optics for the Democrats that many high-profile Party loyalists like Joe Biden and Barack Obama are really just Muslim sympathizers.
