Congress found the smoking gun incriminating Joe Biden and what happened next is insane

Joe Biden and the Democrats in the White House swear they are being forthcoming. But we know that’s not true anymore.

Because what happened after Congress found a smoking gun condemning Joe Biden is insane.

The White House has not been cooperative with the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability in answering questions about the Biden family’s questionable financial practices, which were brought to light after a video was released linking a Chinese energy company to President Joe Biden’s bank account.

Considering what’s at risk, that fact alone ought to infuriate every citizen of the United States.

Republican members of the Oversight Committee wrote on X (formerly Twitter) Friday night that “today made clear to us that President Biden is refusing to hand over loan documents for any ‘loans’ he provided to his brother, James Biden.”

Nearly $250,000 was “repaid” by James Biden to Joe Biden in the guise of a loan, but the money came from money laundering and influence peddling in China, as the committee revealed.

Asking, “Is this what ‘the most transparent administration in history’ is supposed to look like?”

Obviously, this is hardly an example of a “transparent” administration. In reality, it’s about the reverse of what a “transparent” presidency looks like.

It appears that the White House has been caught in the act by the political opposition, which has unearthed accumulating proof that the current president has made money off of his family’s connections with foreign countries by peddling the influence that the “Biden” name implies.

In response to reasonable inquiries into how Joe Biden spent the time between his stints as vice president under Barack Obama and president of the United States and as a private citizen, the administration appears to be adopting a “talk to the hand” stance.

To put it bluntly, this resembles corruption. And the White House appears to be resorting to that ancient Washington tradition when it is caught in the act: obstruction.

The tone of Friday’s social media post and the reaction that the committee’s tweet garnered from the GOP indicate that this strategy will be met with resistance.

Since taking control of the committee in January, U.S. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) has made it clear that he will not shy away from investigating any aspect of the Biden family, from President Biden to his son Hunter and his evidence-filled laptop, or any other evidence that presents itself during investigations.

And that determination was especially evident in the final paragraph of the social media post from the GOP oversight committee.

“We won’t be stopped by the President’s stonewalling,” the committee declared. “We’ll continue to follow the money, expose President Biden’s corruption, and deliver accountability.”

It appears that many people in the United States share this sentiment.

Former Utah lawmaker and current Fox News personality Jason Chaffetz urged reporters to “keep digging” for more evidence of corruption.

On Saturday, the Oversight Committee issued yet another statement, this one criticizing the mainstream media for acting as a fig leaf for the White House.

“President Biden and the Admin he promised would be the most transparent in history continue to stonewall us at every turn. There will be accountability.”

Even if the mainstream media, which is just as corrupt as the Biden criminal family, does nothing to facilitate accountability, the truth will prevail.

The Biden administration has been a failure on so many fronts that people are starting to take notice: from contributing to the inflation that is destroying Americans’ purchasing power to the non-handling of the ongoing influx of illegal aliens, which has spiraled out of control and become a known national security threat.

At the very least, it’s appearing as though the American people are prepared to kick Biden out of the Oval Office in November 2024.
