Donald Trump has a way with words. It’s certainly unique.
And Joe Rogan unveiled what Trump said about this potential terrorist attack.
In a recent conversation that captures the unfiltered reality of high-stakes patriotism, podcast powerhouse Joe Rogan pulled back the curtain on the intense emotions surrounding the UFC Freedom 250 event held right at the White House.
What should have been a straightforward celebration of American strength turned into a moment where the specter of real danger loomed large, especially given the constant threats President Donald Trump has faced from determined enemies.
Rogan joined UFC fighter Justin Gaethje and Trevor Wittman, an MMA trainer, to relive the night.
The discussion quickly zeroed in on the genuine anxiety that gripped those close to the action.
Security concerns weren’t abstract—they were immediate, fueled by past assassination attempts on Trump that have shocked the nation but failed to break his resolve.
Wittman didn’t hold back in describing his own worries. “I was honestly really nervous, Joe,” Wittman stated.
“I was like, dude, there’s like — just being around everybody and something could happen — the drones, that kid that you know they stopped, like … Again, I wasn’t knowing what to expect and then ’til after the fight because again, we couldn’t take it in, it was a beautiful thing, and Justin —”
Gaethje, ever the warrior, responded with defiance. “I was like, f*ck it, if I get taken out in the middle of the cage, how f*cking legendary’d that be?”
Rogan himself admitted to voicing serious worries directly to President Trump before the fights began.
The podcast host didn’t sugarcoat the tension in the air. He told Trump exactly what was on his mind, highlighting the very real risks of gathering America’s top fighters and leaders in one historic location.
“I said to Trump, ‘I hope we don’t die in a terrorist attack.’ He goes, ‘We gotta go somehow.’ I go, ‘What the f*ck, dude?’” Rogan recounted.
That exchange speaks volumes about Trump’s mindset. While others might freeze or demand endless precautions that sap the life from events, the President faced the possibility with the calm of a man who understands duty.
America doesn’t back down from threats—it charges forward, just as Trump has done time and again despite the radical forces aligned against him.
