One judge just put the entire nation on notice with jaw-dropping ruling

The radical Left is waging a war on the court system. But now they’ve been silenced.

As one judge just put the entire nation on notice by handing down a stunning ruling.

When the U.S. Supreme Court effectively overturned Roe v. Wade with their 2022 Dobbs decision, the Left was completely blown away. They were not prepared for the issue of abortion to be handed back to the states and have been waging a war against the U.S. Supreme Court ever since.

They’ve been proclaiming that any judge or justice who disagrees with them on the issue of abortion are fascists. They’ve even been making the claim that the U.S. Constitution does include a “right” to abort babies, and it’s been a campaign issue for every major Democrat across the country.

Recently, though, a judge silenced the voices criticizing the courts. A judge from Indiana pointed out in a huge abortion ruling that the courts do not have the authority to legislate from the bench.

Indiana Judge Upholds Near-Total Abortion Ban

In a significant ruling on Wednesday, an Indiana county judge denied a request from abortion providers to broaden access to the procedure under the state’s near-total abortion ban. The ban, enacted after the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in 2022, has been a subject of ongoing legal battles.

Judge Kelsey Blake Hanlon, presiding over the case in Monroe County, rejected the providers’ plea for a permanent injunction that would have expanded the ban’s medical exemptions and lifted the requirement for abortions to be performed only in hospitals.

In her ruling, Judge Hanlon acknowledged the substantial evidence presented regarding the law’s impact on medical professionals but emphasized that the court could not override the Indiana General Assembly’s policy decisions. She stated, “Significant and compelling evidence regarding the policy implications of S.B. 1 and its effect on medical professionals in particular was presented. However, the Court cannot substitute its own policy preferences for that of the Indiana General Assembly.”

Indiana was the first state to implement stricter abortion regulations following the Supreme Court’s decision to end federal abortion protections. The state’s ban includes limited exceptions for cases where the mother’s health or life is at risk, as well as instances of r*pe, inc*st, and certain lethal fetal anomalies.

This ruling follows a June 2023 decision by the Indiana Supreme Court that upheld the state’s abortion ban. While that decision affirmed the ban’s constitutionality, it also noted that the state constitution protects a woman’s right to abortion when her life or health is at risk.

The plaintiffs, including Planned Parenthood, expressed disappointment with the ruling but have not yet announced whether they plan to appeal. Meanwhile, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita praised the decision, describing the state’s law as “both reasonable and constitutional.”

This latest development in Indiana’s abortion legislation continues to shape the landscape of abortion rights in the state, with potential implications for future legal challenges and healthcare practices.

Democrats Desparately Trying To Make Abortion Center Issue

Ever since the downfall of Roe v. Wade and with it the federal protections for abortions across the entire nation, Democrats have been seeking to make abortion the most important election-season issue.

The only issue with that is that this has yet to happen. The economy and immigration continue to rank as the two most critical issues that concern most Americans. The reason for that is quite obvious. Everyone is impacted by a worsening economy and immigration crisis.

As for abortion, the Left wants to assume everyone in America agrees with them that you should be allowed to abort an innocent baby even up until the ninth month of a pregnancy, but that’s not the case.

On the other hand, virtually all Americans have felt the impacts of sky-high inflation and illegal immigration bringing violent crime and drug proliferation throughout the entire nation.
