JD Vance drops some much needed good news after a disastrous court ruling

Vance is great at his job. He knows exactly what to say when it matters most.

And JD Vance dropped some much needed good news after a disastrous court ruling.

Vice President JD Vance didn’t mince words after the Supreme Court blocked President Donald Trump’s bold move to end the outdated practice of birthright citizenship.

In a stinging rebuke, Vance labeled the decision a “major, major mistake” that puts American sovereignty at risk.

The ruling has ignited fresh outrage among conservatives who see it as yet another elite judicial overreach that prioritizes foreign interests over American families.

For years, patriots have warned that automatic citizenship for children of illegal entrants or temporary visitors rewards lawbreaking and strains our nation’s resources.

During his appearance on The Ingraham Angle with Laura Ingraham, Vance laid out the glaring problems with the current system. He highlighted how it creates perverse incentives that undermine border security and the very meaning of American citizenship.

“One of the things we’re going to have to do is just continue to enforce the border,” Vance stated.

“This is a very disappointing ruling from the Supreme Court, of course we respect it, but we also think it was a major, major mistake. As Justice’s Alito and Thomas pointed out. One of the things it might invite is people to come here, quite literally on a vacation, give birth and then all of a sudden, the child and their family have the full benefits of American citizenship. It’s just a preposterous ruling.”

This isn’t some abstract legal debate. It’s about real consequences for working Americans who foot the bill for hospitals, schools, and welfare programs stretched thin by chains of new citizens tied to foreign nationals.

Vance acknowledged the frustration rippling through conservative circles.

Yet the narrow margin offers a glimmer of hope in an otherwise tough loss.

“The fact that this case was a 5-4 decision effectively, means that the concept of birthright citizenship, which is an absurdity to the Fourteenth Amendment, that concept is hanging by a thread,” Vance said.

The vice president urged vigilance. With the ruling in place, authorities must double down on controlling who enters the country to prevent abuse of this flawed system.

“What I take from that is, yes, we’ve got to fix the immigration system even more, we have to be even more aware of who is coming into our country to make sure that they are not benefiting from this atrocious Supreme Court ruling,” he stated.

“But, it also means that we have to keep fighting, because we actually have an opportunity to reverse this decision just as we’ve reversed so many bad decisions throughout the generations.”

This narrow decision proves the American people still have champions willing to challenge entrenched globalist policies.

Trump’s executive push exposed the rot in our immigration framework, even if the Court stood in the way for now.
