The political tension in this country is reaching a fever-pitch. Who knows who the next victim will be.
And now this shocking assault has the Democrat Party on total lockdown.
The Pandora’s box of political violence has been opened for years now.
It took it’s modern form in the wake of the death of George Floyd when Democrats ran cover and justified billions of dollars in damages during the BLM riots.
Next to no one was actually held accountable, and we all suffered for it.
Now the Democrats have a problem on their hands. The bloodthirsty mob they stoked for BLM is now out and about yet again.
But this time, it’s to counter Israeli and Jewish students in their crusade to support Hamas and Palestine.
Countless universities have been overrun with Islamist sympathizers, and the violence is already starting.
A Yale University student who was reporting a protest on Saturday night was stabbed in the eye with a Palestinian flag when the perpetrator realized she was Jewish.
Sahar Tartak, The Yale Free Press’s editor-in-chief, joined the demonstration with a friend dressed in a Hasidic Jewish costume.
While reporting on the 500-person demonstration, she and a buddy were identified as Jewish. They were besieged and prevented from leaving by demonstrators.
“As soon as I was identified with my friend, who wears a black hat as visibly orthodox Jewish students, I was immediately blockaded by protest organizers, and everywhere I walked, there was a line of protest organizers standing in front of me linking arms so that I could not walk forward,” she said in an interview with Fox News on Monday.
Tartak claimed that the other student demonstrators realized they were being barred from moving and joined in to harass them.
“They began to taunt me as well because they recognized that I was something that they view as an enemy,” she said. “I was just there to record them.”
Tartak was physically assaulted during the rally, which exacerbated the situation.
“The taunting escalated until somebody waved a Palestinian flag in my face and then jabbed me in my left eye,” she said.
“When I tried to run after him, the human blockade of protest organizers continued to stand in front of me to stop me from catching my assailant,” she said.
“So I went to the hospital.”
Tartak noticed the irony of holding the Yale demonstration in the same plaza as a World War II memorial.
She stated that hundreds of students tore down the American flag from the flagpole two days before, with “minimal repercussions.”
Tartak recognized one of her classmates as Fox News aired footage of the Yale protests.
“After October 7th, they celebrated and, of course, justified these events en masse. I know those students — I just recognized one of them from class. This is really painful to realize that your peers have joined the Nazi Party,” Tartak said.
