Uncovered scandal from the Biden administration sends Democrats running for the hills

We all knew something fishy was going on while Joe was in office. But this is utterly shocking.

And now an uncovered scandal from the Biden administration sent Democrats running for the hills.

White House Directives Under Biden Exposed in Senate Probe

A explosive Senate report has laid bare how the former Biden administration allegedly coerced U.S. airports into accommodating migrants, overriding safety concerns that could have endangered travelers—actions that critics say exemplified reckless border policies during his term, which ended earlier this year.

The detailed 47-page document, dubbed “Flight Risk” and issued by the Senate Commerce Committee, accuses the White House of instructing the Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to identify airport spaces for use as migrant shelters or processing hubs.

Agency Pushback and Urgent Emails Ignored

Internal communications highlighted in the report reveal staff apprehensions about the directives. On Oct. 6, 2023, an FAA official emailed Massport:

“We have received a request from the WH to determine if there are available facilities on airport or surrounding areas… This is an immediate ask so please prioritize this effort.”

A DOT employee fired back: “Yikes, this is definitely Fox News fodder in the making.”

The investigation claims that despite federal grant-assurance regulations typically requiring approval for such non-aviation uses, officials “ignored them most of the time when airports used their facilities to house aliens.”

At least 11 key airports, such as Boston Logan, Chicago O’Hare, and New York’s JFK, faced requests or outright pressure to repurpose terminals, hangars, or support structures for migrants—decisions that some argue strained resources and compromised security under Biden’s watch.

On-the-Ground Disruptions and Lasting Security Lapses

Massport, overseeing Boston Logan, cautioned federal officials: “We are not designed or resourced to manage the intake of migrant populations… this would create a host of unintended safety and security consequences.”

Yet, the airport proceeded to house up to 352 migrants overnight in Terminal E, incurring $779,000 in costs for added security, sanitation, and transport.

Chicago O’Hare saw up to 900 migrants in a shuttle terminal, with police documenting 329 service calls and 26 arrests from April 2023 to February 2024, involving thefts, disorderly behavior, and even a death probe. Officials noted that “asylum seekers [we]re not restricted to the staging area.”

A stark example from JFK in 2024 involved Kleber Loor-Ponce, labeled as “an alien from Ecuador [who] ran past a security post into ‘the secure area at [JFK],’ toward two runways.” Upon capture, “Security found him, arrested him, and found a box cutter and pair of scissors on his person.”

Extending beyond airports, the report alleges the FMCSA was tasked with creating a “Know Your Rights” pamphlet for bus travelers and coordinating migrant transport tracking, while the FTA was pushed to inform local agencies that federal grants could finance migrant movements.

The committee deemed these moves “a dangerous diversion” of essential transportation assets, stating: “The Biden-Harris administration made airports and aviation less secure… by allowing and encouraging aliens to shelter at US airports, by allowing improperly vetted aliens to fly into and throughout the United States, and by diverting needed federal air marshals to the border.”

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), the committee’s chairman, told Fox News Digital: “This report exposes how the Biden Department of Transportation conspired with local leaders in New York, Boston, and Chicago to house migrants in airport facilities at taxpayer expense.”

“Their decisions – to transport illegal aliens through airports without identity checks, even those with felonies — shows in new detail how Biden’s open border policy coopted government agencies to put American citizens at risk,” Cruz added.
