Newsom didn’t see this coming. He’s been attacked by someone with a much larger voice than him.
And the world’s richest man slams Gavin Newsom in an epic takedown.
Elon Musk isn’t one to back down from a fight, especially when liberal elites like California Governor Gavin Newsom come gunning for him. In a recent showdown on social media, Musk delivered a powerful counterpunch after Newsom’s office took a cheap shot at his family troubles.
The drama kicked off when Musk’s America PAC shared a video clip of Newsom boasting about pushing through more pro-transgender legislation than any other governor in the country.
It’s the kind of self-congratulatory nonsense that fires up the left’s agenda, but Musk wasn’t having it.
Newsom’s press team couldn’t resist twisting the knife, responding with a snarky jab: “We’re sorry your daughter hates you, Elon.” They were zeroing in on Musk’s estranged child, Vivian Jenna Wilson, who has publicly distanced herself from her famous father.
But Musk flipped the script, refusing to play by their rules. He fired back on X, correcting the narrative and standing firm on his principles. The tech titan made it clear he’s not buying into the gender ideology being shoved down America’s throat.
“I assume you’re referring to my son, Xavier, who has a tragic mental illness caused by the evil woke mind virus you push on vulnerable children,” Musk said in an X post. It’s a bold declaration that calls out what many conservatives see as a dangerous cultural trend harming kids.
He didn’t stop there, emphasizing his unwavering affection: “I love Xavier very much and hope he recovers.” Musk’s words highlight a father’s heartbreak amid what he views as ideological manipulation.
To drive the point home, Musk mentioned his other children: “My daughters are Azure, Exa (she goes by Y) and Arcadia, and they do indeed love me very much.” It’s a reminder that family bonds endure, despite the noise from critics.
This isn’t the first time Musk has spoken out about his child’s situation. Vivian Jenna Wilson, formerly known as Xavier, made headlines in 2022 when she petitioned a California court to legally change her gender and name.
In that filing, Wilson sought to sever all ties with her father, declaring she “no longer lives with or wishes to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form.” She even dropped the Musk surname, opting for her mother’s instead.
Musk has been vocal about feeling deceived in the process. He claims he was “tricked” into approving her transition at just 16 years old.
According to Musk, his child was essentially “k*lled by the woke mind virus.” It’s a rallying cry for parents fighting back against what they call child mutilation.
Wilson has built a public persona around her rejection of Musk. After Donald Trump’s victory in the presidential election last year, she promised to flee the United States.
She’s unleashed a barrage of attacks on social media, labeling her father as “cartoonishly evil” and a “pathetic man-child” who won’t accept her identity. These outbursts paint a picture of deep-seated resentment.
Despite coming from one of the wealthiest families on the planet, Wilson says she’s broke after cutting ties with Musk. She’s parlayed her story into a budding career as a model and media figure.
Appearing on the cover of Teen Vogue, Wilson represents the next generation of influencers championed by progressive outlets.
But to right-leaning Americans, it’s just more evidence of how the media glorifies division and pushes anti-family narratives.
