Donald Trump just put the Supreme Court on notice with this announcement

Former President Trump has had enough. He’s giving everyone a stark warning.

Because Donald Trump just put the Supreme Court on notice with this huge announcement.

Immigration has always been one of the most important problems that Donald Trump has been working to fix in America, even since before he won the 2016 election almost eight years ago.

Sadly, the immigration issue has only worsened under the Joe Biden tenure so far. Not only that, but he’s seemingly h*ll-bent on doing everything in his power to make it worse by taking a laissez-faire approach to securing the U.S. southern border.

The Biden administration’s taken that to the extreme by even trying to force Texas Governor Greg Abbott (R) to destroy the border security that the Texas state government has been trying to put up in lieu of the federal government not lifting a single finger.

Greg Abbott and company specifically put in buoys into parts of the river in Eagle Pass to help save lives of those who are trying to illegally cross the dangerous river bank. The Biden regime ordered Texas to remove those buoys on bogus claims of the federal government only being authorized to implement such security measures because of an endangered species of mussels.

Greg Abbott has vowed to never bend the knee to the Biden administration’s wishes, however, and is digging his heels into the ground. That’s gained him a major helping hand.

During the height of Texas’ legal disputes with the Biden administration, former president Trump pledged to “work hand in hand” with Republican Governor Greg Abbott to protect the border if elected president for a second term.

In a statement released on Wednesday, Abbott boldly said that Texas had the constitutional right to “defend and protect” itself from the influx of illegal immigrants, following the Supreme Court’s ruling that the Biden administration may dismantle the concertina wire that the state had installed along the border.

Following calls from Democratic lawmakers for Biden to assume command of the Texas National Guard, Trump extended an invitation to other states to deploy National Guard troops to aid Texas.

“Biden is, unbelievably, fighting to tie the hands of Governor Abbott and the State of Texas, so that the Invasion continues unchecked,” Trump said on Truth Social. “In the face of this National Security, Public Safety, and Public Health Catastrophe, Texas has rightly invoked the Invasion Clause of the Constitution, and must be given full support to repel the Invasion.”

The Texas Department of Public Safety seized Eagle Pass’ Shelby Park on January 11, a site frequented by illegal immigrants. The state’s efforts to prevent migrants from crossing the U.S.-Mexico border are embroiled in continuing legal disputes with the Biden administration.

“We encourage all willing States to deploy their guards to Texas to prevent the entry of Illegals, and to remove them back across the Border,” Trump said in a subsequent message. “All Americans should support the commonsense measures by Texas authorities to protect the Safety, Security, and Sovereignty of Texas, and of the American people.”

“When I am President, on Day One, instead of fighting Texas, I will work hand in hand with Governor Abbott and other Border States to Stop the Invasion, Seal the Border, and Rapidly Begin the Largest Domestic Deportation Operation in History,” Trump continued.

According to data released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), a record number of 302,000 illegal immigrants entered the United States in December.

This follows nearly 380,000 illegal immigrants encountered at the U.S.-Mexico border during the first two months of fiscal year 2024, which started on October 1, according to the same data. For FY 2023, CBP recorded 2,045,838 interactions; for FY 2022, 2,206,436; and FY 2021, 1,659,206.

“Those Biden has let in should not get comfortable because they will be going home,” Trump warned.
