Despite their best efforts, they still haven’t been able to bring down the family.
And the Trumps have made the best of the situation, leaning heavily on each other.
Just recently, the Trumps posed for a cheerful family Christmas photo, but Melania Trump was obviously absent.
Kimberly Guilfoyle, Donald Trump Jr.’s fiancée, uploaded the image on Tuesday on her Instagram Story, and while a very grown-up Barron Trump stole the show, the former first lady was nowhere to be spotted.
The photo, which was taken at Mar-a-Lago, includes Trump Jr., former President Donald Trump, Guilfoyle, Barron, Ivanka Trump, husband Jared Kushner and their children, Tiffany Trump and husband Michael Boulos.

Melania Trump, 53, was attending to a family situation, according to a Trump spokesman.
Page Six learned on Christmas that Melania planned to increase her public appearances in favor of her husband’s re-election effort in 2024.
“Trump and his family are so secure that he will become president again that insiders at Mar-a-Lago say he’s reached an agreement with [wife] Melania [Trump] to step up top-tier diplomatic appearances in 2024,” a source told us.
According to a Trump confidant, after appearing alongside fellow past first ladies at Rosalynn Carter’s funeral, Melania is “feeling more sure of herself — as both her husband’s representative and her own position as a diplomatic figure after her positive reception at the Carter funeral.”
Melania also attended a naturalization ceremony for citizens at the National Archives.
“Melania realizes it’s her time to join the ranks of historic first ladies and leave her mark on history … She feels better prepared for her potential role the second time around,” our source added, noting that the Donald’s immediate family are “solidly behind” his bid for the Oval Office.
Donald, 77, won a legal victory last week when the U.S. Supreme Court refused to rule quickly on whether he is immune from criminal prosecution stemming from his appeal to the 2020 election results.
The 45th president’s legal team claims the previous president cannot be punished for election challenges, which culminated in the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, because his activities were “official acts.”
He also claimed immunity because the Senate acquitted him following his impeachment in January 2021 for allegedly inciting the disturbance.
