Kamala Harris’ private life just got exposed by U.S. House Speaker
What is Kamala Harris like without the cameras on her? We now know the truth.
As Kamala Harris’ private life just got exposed by this U.S. House Speaker on Fox News.
There’s an absolute massive discrepancy in how much Americans know about what Donald Trump is like without the cameras rolling and how much Americans know about what Kamala Harris is like with the cameras rolling. The reality is that millions of Americans relate to Donald Trump and that’s why he’s had a dedicated following for years and years now.
Kamala Harris, on the other hand, truly only has people “excited” for her because she’s not an 82-year-old man who seems to have severe dementia. It’s not as if there’s millions of Americans who know what she’s actually like and connect with her on that level.
An interesting look at what she’s like on a day-to-day basis comes courtesy of her contemporaries in Congress. Let’s just say there’s not many of her colleagues there who think she’s a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air. If anything, the consensus is she’s horrendous to be around and she doesn’t want to work with anyone on anything.
Former House Speaker Sheds Light On Kamala Harris Behind The Curtains
Former Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy recently disclosed on Fox News some candid remarks he received from Democratic colleagues regarding Vice President Kamala Harris’s tenure as a senator. During an appearance on Jesse Watters Primetime, McCarthy discussed the Democratic Party’s stance on Harris as the potential presidential nominee, revealing that her former colleagues were not particularly supportive of her.
McCarthy detailed his interactions with Democratic House members who privately confided their dissatisfaction with Harris. He recounted, “You know when I would sit with Democrat members from California, they didn’t like her and they said she didn’t work with them, right? Because she’s their senator.” He added, “I said well, ‘Do you work with your senator?’ They said, ‘she doesn’t work with me.’ Feinstein would back in the day. But, no, she didn’t work with them either.”
Furthermore, McCarthy suggested that the White House appeared disinterested in Harris’s opinions or positions. He noted, “It didn’t seem that the White House would ever be interested in what she had to say or what position she had to take. Even when it came down to the 4th of July, she only got invited up to the Truman balcony this year, when he President Joe Biden was about to back out.”
Drawing historical parallels, McCarthy compared Harris’s current popularity to the 1988 presidential race between former President George H. W. Bush and Democratic nominee Mike Dukakis. He stated, “The only reason she’s popular now is because Biden was so unpopular. They’re just so thankful he’s gone. Wait until they get a few moments with her. This is a lot like 1988.” He continued, “Dukakis was sitting in mid July 17 points up, right? Then we found out he was weak on crime, he was letting Willie Horton out. Wait till you see her. She’s a Soros prosecutor, she’s worse. Then we found out, we saw Dukakis and that helmet — unpresidential. Think about the decisions she’s going to make in the process.”
Despite a surge of online support from fellow lawmakers, donors, and political figures following Biden’s withdrawal from the 2024 race and endorsement of Harris as the party’s nominee, public opinion appears divided. According to a Reuters/Ipsos poll conducted between July 26-28, out of 1,025 Americans surveyed, 48% disapproved of Harris’s performance as vice president, while 39% approved, and 13% declined to answer.
As Harris steps into the spotlight as the presumptive nominee, her ability to unite her party and simultaneously win over the broader electorate remains a critical challenge.
The Long History of Kamala Harris Allies Jumping Ship
There have been multiple instances of high-profile staff departures from Kamala Harris’s team. Some former aides have publicly commented on their reasons for leaving, which have included criticisms of the work environment and management practices.
Former staff members and anonymous sources have pointed out several issues, including a lack of support and communication from Harris, and a high-pressure, sometimes chaotic work environment. These criticisms suggest that some staffers felt undervalued or unsupported.
Mynor Rodriguez, a former spokesperson for Kamala Harris who eventually left the role in 2022, publicly criticized the working environment, citing issues with the management style and the overall negative atmosphere within the office.
Peter Velz is another communications staffer who left Harris’s office. Velz had a significant role in handling communications but chose to depart amid the reported issues with staff dynamics and management.
All indications are that Kamala Harris is a huge pain to work with, and largely because of her negative and narcissistic personality.
