Iran has identified Trump as a target. They want him six feet deep.
And Joe Biden just gave Iran the signal to do something truly horrible to Donald Trump.
President Biden is facing growing pressure from Republicans to issue a strong warning to Iran, making it clear that any attempt to harm former President Donald Trump would be viewed as an act of war. This demand comes in response to escalating threats from Iran regarding Trump’s life, though the White House has so far avoided addressing the specifics.
In a statement regarding the situation, the White House emphasized its focus on national security without directly responding to Republican calls. “We consider this a national and homeland security matter of the highest priority, and we strongly condemn Iran for these brazen threats,” National Security Council spokesperson Sean Savitt said.
Savitt also noted that Iran has sought retribution against Trump and his administration since the U.S. ordered the k*lling of Iranian General Qasem Soleimani in January 2020.
The U.S. government has assured that Trump’s security detail is receiving continuous updates on evolving threats. “We have ensured that appropriate agencies are continuously and promptly providing the former president’s security detail with evolving threat information,” Savitt said, adding that President Biden has instructed the Secret Service to utilize all available resources to protect the former president.
On Tuesday, U.S. intelligence officials briefed Trump on the latest threats from Iran, a development his campaign made public. By Wednesday, Trump had publicly called on Biden to take a tougher stance on Iran, warning that such threats could lead to war. “As you know, there have been two assassination attempts on my life that we know of, and they may or may not involve – but possibly do – Iran,” Trump said during a campaign event in North Carolina.
Trump urged Biden to make clear the U.S. would respond forcefully if any harm came to him. “If I were the president, I would inform the threatening country, in this case Iran, that if you do anything to harm this person, we are going to blow your largest cities and the country itself to smithereens,” Trump declared.

Trump’s comments reflect his broader concern that the Iranian regime must understand the potential consequences of targeting a U.S. political figure. “The best way to do it is through the office of the president,” Trump argued, adding that any attack on a former president or candidate should result in severe retaliatory action.
Trump’s demands were echoed by Ohio Republican Mike Turner, Chair of the House Intelligence Committee. Turner called on Biden and Vice President Harris to make it clear that any attempt on Trump’s life would be considered an act of war.
This call for stronger rhetoric comes amid reports that Iran is nearing the capability to produce a nuclear weapon, rapidly approaching the threshold for enriching uranium to weapons-grade levels. The regime has also resumed activity at two key nuclear test sites, raising alarm among Middle East analysts.
Meanwhile, Trump criticized the presence of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in New York this week, where he attended the United Nations General Assembly under substantial security protection provided by the U.S. government.
“We have large security forces guarding him, and yet they’re threatening our former president and the leading candidate to become the next president of the United States,” Trump said, noting the contrast in how the U.S. treats foreign dignitaries while Iran continues to issue threats against him.
Pezeshkian, who took office in July, campaigned on a platform of moderating Iran’s policies in hopes of easing Western sanctions. However, U.S. intelligence recently revealed that Iran had hacked Trump’s campaign and attempted to pass along the stolen information to both the Biden campaign and the media, further complicating relations between the two nations.
The attempts from Iran to assassinate Donald Trump go back years. Back in 2022, the Iranian Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei had a video posted to their website that was an animation about how they want to assassinate Donald Trump while he’s golfing in Florida.
This was posted on the Ayatollah’s website. I guess we should expect nothing less from a terrorist regime. My father had Iran almost bankrupt… then the Biden/Harris administration game them billions making the world a far more dangerous place. Enough! pic.twitter.com/THucg4ASID

Conservatives who endured years of so-called “Russian interference” coverage from the media back when Donald Trump first won in 2016 are now asking about the outrage that Iran is blatantly trying to take the life of a major Presidential candidate.
Americans still don’t have any proof yet that the two assassination attempts on Donald Trump’s life had nothing to do with foreign nationals. This leaves the possibility open for now that one or both of the shooters were working with foreign threats.
