There are wars popping up all over the world. The U.S. is not immune to this.
And what happened outside a U.S. Senator’s home has Secret Service on red alert.
Remember how the Leftists lost their minds last year when word got out that the Supreme Court was going to overturn Roe v. Wade because of a leaked draft of the opinion?
For weeks, demonstrators camped out in front of the houses of conservative Supreme Court justices, causing stress and disruption for the justices and their families.
A 26-year-old man who was angry about the pending ruling attempted to k*ll Justice Brett Kavanaugh, but authorities stopped him. (Nicholas John Roske, the alleged perpetrator, reportedly wanted to “give his life a purpose.”)
But Schumer saw no issue with the demonstrators.
According to a report from The Hill published on May 10, 2022, Schumer was asked if he was okay with protests taking place outside the houses of Supreme Court justices. “My house — there’s protests three, four times a week outside my house. The American way to peacefully protest is OK,” he said at the time.
During his conversation with the reporter, Schumer received a phone call from his wife, prompting him to jokingly speculate, “Maybe there’s a protest outside.”
According to Fox News, hundreds of pro-Palestinian demonstrators gathered outside Schumer’s home on Friday as he was eating Shabbat dinner before leaving for Israel. Schumer is Jewish, so he may have felt a little less welcoming towards these protesters.
The New York Post reports that scores of demonstrators, including local officials and members of Jewish organizations, were arrested outside Schumer’s house.
One X user (formerly Twitter) claimed, “A protest took place around the city on Friday, including outside the home of Senator Chuck Schumer in Brooklyn.”

Another person mentioned the disparity between the treatment of demonstrators outside Schumer’s house and that of the homes of Supreme Court justices. It was a reference to Schumer’s infamous speech in March 2020, in which he criticized the Supreme Court, singling out Kavanaugh and Justice Neil Gorsuch, and declared, “You have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price.”
“Two tiered justice,” the user noted. “Schumer threatened SCOTUS that they would reap a whirlwind. Protesters stayed even after one showed up armed to kill. 30 seconds into protests against a democrat and it is shut down.”

Whether or not Schumer requested for the protesters’ arrest, he is afforded a level of security that most people just do not have.
But, maybe, he was able to feel what his fellow New Yorkers go through every time he and other Democrats incite public unrest.
The radical Left loves to claim “peaceful protesting” all day long, but then never take responsibility for when those “peaceful protests” heat up enough to turn into violence.
Have we already forgotten the summer of 2020 in the wake of George Floyd’s death when all across the country these “peaceful protests” cost taxpayers billions of dollars in public and private property damage?
We haven’t forgotten.
