The Harris campaign is floundering. They’re grasping at straws for some momentum.
But Vice President Harris was exposed for a racist scheme and is now completely backpedalling.
There’s about two weeks left until Election Day arrives. This is the time when a candidate in a tough election wants to be peaking and at their strongest, because last minute adjustments rarely move the needle when Americans have already made up their minds.
This is why Kamala Harris has been extremely busy on the campaign trail. She’s been trying to appear with all sorts of interviewers and media outlets, even ones she would historically never have been interested in talking to. She’s behind, though, and she and her campaign advisors are just trying to get anything to stick.
She and her campaign unveiled a campaign proposal that was designed to specifically help black men economically, which sounds fine at first. The problem is that the proposal made it sound as if she was going to be directing the federal government to give preferential treatment to black Americans over those of any other race.
The Harris campaign swiftly received backlash, with many critics suggesting she was only proposing this because she knows she’s bleeding support to Donald Trump amongst black men. It doesn’t help either when Barack Obama was recorded lecturing black men for not being enthusiastic about the Harris campaign, even suggesting it was because of their prejudice against women.

Harris Campaign Expands Economic Agenda Initially Targeting Black Men To All Americans
In a recent development, Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign announced that the “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men” will now be open to all Americans. This decision comes just days after the initiative was unveiled, which aimed to bolster support for the Democratic Party among Black men, as reported by The Wall Street Journal.
The original agenda included a pledge to provide “1 million fully forgivable loans to Black entrepreneurs and others to start businesses,” along with proposals for “educational, training, and mentorship programs aimed at securing well-paying jobs for Black men,” initiatives to “legalize recreational marijuana to benefit Black Americans in the burgeoning industry,” and support for “Black men caring for elderly parents.”
However, the inclusion of the phrase “and others” in the proposal indicated a broader, race-neutral approach. A campaign aide clarified that while the initiative is designed to address specific challenges faced by Black men, it is intended to benefit all Americans.
Despite the universal application of the programs under the agenda, the Harris campaign insists that its intentions were transparent and not misleading. The initiative was developed in direct response to the concerns voiced by Black male entrepreneurs. Specific initiatives, such as intensified federal action against sickle cell disease — an illness that predominantly affects Black individuals — are expected to particularly benefit the target demographic.
Harris introduced the plan earlier this week, embedding racial considerations into key governmental initiatives. These include reparative payments to Black farmers and the allocation of 40% of certain environmental program benefits to disadvantaged communities, aligning with the broader strategy of the Biden administration.

There’s Nothing Kamala Harris Can Do At This Point
The race has already been decided. We just don’t know who the winner is yet. Americans are familiar with who Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are, even if it seems like Harris is a chameleon who will say and do anything to climb the political class ladder.
There’s truly nothing she can do at this point to turn around the perception that she is just an establishment Democrat who is a shapeshifter when she needs to be. There’s just a couple weeks left until the election is over and she doesn’t have time to convince a majority of the independent voters in the swing states that she is some bastion of American ideals and a once-in-a-lifetime inspiration like Ronald Reagan or JFK.
Truly, all she can do at this point is hope she somehow sneaks by with a razor close win in the key swing states like Michigan and Pennsylvania or hope that Donald Trump will be removed from the race by some crazy unforseen circumstance. Though, that unforseen circumstance almost happened back on July 13th.
