Hunter Biden could go to jail after blatantly perjuring himself

The president’s son has been embroiled in countless scandals. But his goose is finally cooked.

And Hunter Biden could go to jail after blatantly perjuring himself.

An impeachment witness said on Wednesday that President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden and brother Jim Biden lied during transcribed congressional interviews.

Tony Bobulinski, a longtime business colleague of the Biden family, discussed the alleged lies in his written statement and opening remarks at an impeachment hearing on Capitol Hill.

The allegations centered on what Biden family members told the House Oversight Committee in depositions this month concerning ties with a Chinese Communist Party-linked energy company.

Hunter Biden, according to the account, “lied to the Committee about important details concerning his money demands and threats to CEFC on July 30 and July 31, 2017.”

The witness stated that Hunter Biden “leveraged” his father’s presence to “strong-arm CEFC,” resulting in a $5 million wire transfer to a firm in which the first son held 50%.

“It’s important to remember that CEFC considered this money an interest-free loan to the ‘Biden family’ and planned to send more. I have the email from CEFC to prove it,” Bobulinski said.

Bobulinski claimed Jim Biden “lied extensively” during his own transcribed interview, and Hunter Biden “confirmed” Jim Biden’s deception concerning a May 2017 meeting at a Los Angeles hotel.

According to the witness, Hunter Biden requested that Bobulinski meet with his father because he was the CEO of Sinohawk, the Bidens’ venture with CEFC.

In his deposition, Hunter Biden stated that Bobulinski spoke with his father, who was in town to speak at a conference, in the hotel lobby.

However, Jim Biden denied being there at any such meeting, going so far as to declare that his brother Joe Biden “never” met with Bobulinski. Although Jim Biden modified his denial by claiming it was to his knowledge and Bobulinski maintained that he was telling a “flat-out lie.”

Bobulinski expressed his hope that the GOP-led committee will make Hunter and Jim Biden “accountable” for the alleged deception.

The House Oversight Committee invited Hunter Biden to the hearing on Wednesday, but the first son declined, citing a schedule issue.

Chairman James Comer (R-KY) stated in an interview over the weekend that the impeachment investigation will result in “multiple” criminal referrals, noting disparities in testimony.

During his February deposition, Hunter Biden stated that his business with Bobulinski was never funded, and he and his uncle Jim Biden went on to conduct a venture with CEFC without Bobulinski.

Hunter Biden claimed Bobulinski was withdrawn from the negotiations because he “lost complete faith” in him.

“I did not find him to be credible. I did not find him to be competent. I found him to be arrogant. I found him to often not tell the full truth or the truth at all,” he added.

Jim Biden stated in his deposition that he was not “fond” of Bobulinski and answered “yes” when asked if he would describe Bobulinski as a “bully” during an interaction about their failed collaboration.

Bobulinski alleges that Hunter and Jim Biden “knowingly and aggressively” cheated him.
