There’s one problem that Joe Biden doesn’t want anyone to know about. But that’s all about to change.
Because Congress just issued a border investigation that made Joe Biden sick to his stomach.
This week, a House committee is set to address the significant increase in illegal immigration from China, according to the Daily Caller News Foundation.
The House Homeland Security Committee’s Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability will convene on Thursday to discuss the staggering 8,000% surge in Chinese illegal immigration to the U.S. since March 2021, as per a spokesperson for the committee. Reporters recently uncovered an internal email from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), revealing that the Biden administration streamlined the vetting process for Chinese illegal immigrants in April 2023, leading to a faster influx of these immigrants into the country.
The CBP email instructed Border Patrol agents to reduce the standard 40-question vetting process for Chinese illegal immigrants to just five basic questions, focusing on aspects like military service, education, birthplace/region, employment, and political affiliation.

Representative Dan Bishop, a Republican from North Carolina and chair of the Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Accountability, expressed concern over the situation, stating that an open border provides opportunities for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to compromise national security.
Bishop emphasized the need for thorough scrutiny, particularly as Border Patrol agents have been directed to streamline the vetting process for Chinese nationals, potentially increasing the risks associated with releasing inadequately vetted individuals into communities.
“This dramatic surge calls for intense scrutiny — especially as Border Patrol agents have been instructed to decrease vetting for Chinese nationals in order to process them into the country faster,” Bishop shared with reporters. “As the CCP continues its quest for geopolitical dominance and threatens our sovereignty, we must examine the risks presented by releasing ever-increasing numbers of minimally-vetted Chinese nationals into our communities,” Mr. Bishop went on to add in a statement.

According to the committee, U.S. authorities have encountered 24,376 Chinese nationals at the southwest border in fiscal year 2024 alone. In February 2024, the Republican National Committee passed a resolution condemning the Biden administration’s immigration policies, highlighting the threat posed by illegal entry of Chinese military-aged men.
Ammon Blair, a former Border Patrol agent and Army veteran, likened the surge in Chinese illegal immigration to a scene from Red Dawn, expressing concern over the changing role of Border Patrol agents under current administration policies.
Blair, now a senior fellow for the Texas Public Policy Foundation, suggested that these policy shifts could inadvertently aid the CCP’s agenda, including activities like cyber warfare, collaboration with Mexican cartels, and economic destabilization.
Todd Bensman, a senior national security expert at the Center For Immigration Studies, noted that the simplified vetting process and other Biden administration policies have created ideal conditions for Chinese espionage infiltration.
Bensman, one of the experts scheduled to testify at Thursday’s hearing, plans to present evidence, including discarded identification cards and passports found at the U.S. southern border, indicating the presence of Chinese illegal immigrants.
“Intelligence community assessments show that China intends to ramp up espionage and political suppression campaigns in the coming years inside the U.S. and will need an expanded labor force for the effort,” the CIT expert said ahead of the hearing this week.
Cory Gautereaux, a small business owner and veteran residing near the San Diego border, collected these materials and shared them with Bensman, underscoring his belief that Chinese illegal immigration poses a significant national security threat.
“If they are discarding their IDs and hiding their identity there is a reason,” the small business owner from California had to say about the matter. “Since our elected leaders are reluctant to visit the border, I’ll be glad to physically deliver these items to Washington and testify to what I’ve seen,” he added.
This hearing represents an increasing skepticism that Joe Biden is being met with in regards to overall national security thus far during his tenure. Any bad press coming out of this hearing for his administration is sure to add to the snowballing poor approval he is experiencing heading into the general election season this year.
