Secret White House meeting with Soros is setting Washington, D.C. on fire

Joe Biden is willing to go to any lengths to retake the White House this November. And Republicans everywhere are furious.

Now this secret White House meeting with Soros is setting Washington, D.C. on fire.

Conservatives have long held a suspicious gaze towards George Soros and the millions of dollars he spends in support of Democrats.

Despite funneling large sums of cash to Democrat campaigns, foundations, and activist groups, many think any mention of his name is just conspiracy.

But nothing could be further from the truth.

Soros and those who work for him have been peddling liberal ideas at the highest of offices. Now we’re learning that includes the White House.

A longstanding Democratic political strategist behind a network of Left-leaning media groups posing as “independent” local news sites has retained access to the highest levels of President Biden’s administration.

A Fox News Digital examination revealed that Tara McGowan, the founder and publisher of Courier Newsroom, has visited the Biden White House nearly 20 times.

McGowan, the CEO and creator of Courier Newsroom’s parent company, Good Information Inc., held multiple one-on-one meetings with top White House officials.

Between October 2022 and October 2023, McGowan met at least six times with Jordan Finkelstein, who was the chief of staff of one of President Biden’s senior aides.

Patrick Stevenson, a prominent assistant, was also noted on McGowan’s White House visitor records. Stevenson’s LinkedIn page states that he is the “Deputy Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor for Digital Strategy.”

Stevenson’s role in assisting with the White House’s digital strategy may raise concerns about cooperation between McGowan’s network of media outlets and the White House, given Courier Newsroom’s economic model, which is based on online engagement and messaging via social media.

McGowan also met with two other top White House aides: Madeline Strasser, who formerly worked as an adviser to then-White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain, and Nina Srivastava. According to the visiting logs, the two Klain advisers visited with McGowan many times between April and August 2022.

McGowan’s Instagram account also features a photo of her with President Biden and first lady Jill Biden in front of a Christmas tree, but Fox News Digital was unable to confirm the date or year of the photo.

McGowan, who worked on former President Obama’s re-election campaign and then for Priorities USA Action, the main super PAC that supported Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign, founded Good Information Inc. in 2021 to combat “fake news” and disinformation.

As part of its operations, Good Information bought Courier Newsroom, which McGowan also started.

McGowan’s proximity to Biden’s White House looked to pay off when Courier Newsroom secured an exclusive interview with the president late last year.

“The White House invited COURIER for an exclusive interview with the President backstage after his rally at the Belvidere Stellantis auto plant in Illinois this fall,” Courier stated in its end-of-the-year report.

“One of our national social correspondents got to talk with the President about jobs and workers, sharing exclusive video footage with our audiences across TikTok, Instagram, X, and other channels.”

Courier Newsroom, however, has gotten millions of dollars in funding from Leftist mega-donors. The Open Society Foundations, which is funded by George Soros, is one such institution that has given significant financial support.

But this is how it always goes, folks. Major donors and movers on the Left use intermediary organizations to facilitate their relationships. It gives them plausible deniability.
