Federal Judge scares Hillary Clinton to death with announcement of new case

Hillary Clinton has a long history of political scandals. She’s been trying to stay under the radar lately but has another thing coming.

Because a Federal Judge has scared Hillary Clinton to death with the announcement of this new case.

Back in 2017, a whistleblower case was filed that had reported that it had evidence of money fraud and tax crimes on the part of the Clinton Foundation that has a general goal to “expand economic opportunity, improve public health” and “confront the climate crisis.”

The Hill reported on this bombshell news back in 2018, writing:

Those reviews flagged serious concerns about legal compliance, improper commingling of personal and charity business and “quid pro quo” promises made to donors while Hillary Clinton was secretary of State.

The submission also cites an interview its investigators conducted with Andrew Kessel that quotes the foundation’s longtime chief financial officer as saying he was unable to stop former President Clinton from “commingling” personal business and charitable activities inside the foundation and that he “knows where all the bodies are buried.”

Following the submission, the IRS has tried to have the case thrown out entirely multiple times.

However, Federal Judge David Gustafson has denied the IRS attempts to throw at the case every time they’ve tried.

Judge Gustafson even ordered the IRS to ensure that a thorough investigation into possible criminality as a result of this submission from 2017 was conducted.

Since then, the IRS has once again tried to have the whole case dismissed and the lawyers of both sides have tried to make their case for whether or not the matter should be thrown out all together.

But once again, Judge Gustafson will be denying the IRS’ requests to throw out the case and will also be requiring new arguments to be set forward in the legal case as the motions are delayed at this time.

“We will order further filings so that the parties may address those recent opinions,” Judge Gustafson said on the matter.

According to reports, Gustafson has also reported that the IRS has yet to submit new evidence to the court that has been requested for the case.

The judge gave whistleblowers John Moynihan, a former federal agent, and Larry Doyle, a corporate tax compliance expert, until June 30 to update their arguments and the IRS until July 28 to respond. That means the case will almost certainly stretch on for many more months.

The judge also noted the IRS hasn’t responded to a request to update the court record with new evidence.

Many believed that this case has been dead in the water as it has dragged on for years without much in the way of clarity either way.

But now the case has new life as the attempts to have it thrown out are once again delayed and denied while new evidence is supposed to be submitted.

Back when the lawsuit was fresh, two investigators John Moynihan and Larry Doyle had testified before Congress in December of 2018 saying that there’s ample evidence that the Clinton foundation was being used as a political lobbying arm in foreign nations.

Officials for the Clinton Foundation have even admitted that there was mishandling of funds and accounting on their part that led to failed audits, but they say they have fixed those since.

It will be particularly interesting whether the new evidence that is brought to the case is substantial enough to keep the case open and potentially launch further investigations into the Clinton Foundation.
