Democrat U.S. Senator does the unthinkable to law enforcement officials
Democrats are notoriously anti-law enforcement. But there’s a price to pay for that.
Because now a Democrat U.S. Senator has done the unthinkable to County Sheriffs in his state.
News of the Day
Democrats are in for a tough November this year. They are set to defend about twice as many U.S. Senate seats as Republicans are, setting up a clear path for Republicans to be able to take control of the U.S. House, the U.S. Senate, and the White House as the inaugurations of January 2025 take effect.
One of the seats they are desperately trying to hold on to is that belonging to Democrat Senator Sherrod Brown of Ohio, where he has been a member of the U.S. Senate since 2007 after beating the incumbent Republican Mike DeWine who went on to become the Governor of Ohio.
Brown and company are grasping at straws, right now, however. The Sherrod Brown campaign has released a new video claiming that he is a pro-border control and anti-illegal immigration Senator that the Americans can trust on addressing policy issues that have led to an out-of-control southern border crisis.
In the new campaign ad, he even dares to have several Ohio County Sheriffs make an appearance to voice support for this idea that Brown has actually been pro-secure borders all along.
The only problem? The entire history of Sherrod Brown’s time in the U.S. Senate suggests otherwise. He has a long history of not promoting any bills that would actually make a difference to secure the U.S. southern border with Mexico.
“Sherrod Brown has always stood up for us,” one Ohio County Sheriff said from the Jefferson County region. “He’s fighting to keep our communities safe,” the Jefferson County Sheriff added in the video.
