A federal judge handed Trump the worst news of his life with this ruling

It seems there’s no end to the legal troubles of former President Donald Trump. His opponents are dead set on seeing him behind bars.

And now a federal judge has handed Trump the worst news of his life with this insane ruling.

The FBI and DOJ’s raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence kicked off an investigation saga designed to bring Donald Trump down at all costs.

The radical Left and their federal agent puppets are doing everything they can to paint Donald Trump as a thief for taking classified documents when he left the White House in January 2021.

Donald Trump and his legal team have insisted that the documents were classified and that he had every right to be in possession of the documents at Mar-a-Lago, which is secured with the Secret Service.

Because of that, Donald Trump requested a special master to independently review the documents to determine what the documents are exactly.

The radical Left and the Fake News Media lost its mind when the special master was approved by a federal court.

The DOJ even approved Donald Trump’s request to appoint Raymond Dearie to be the one to be the special master in the case.

But all of that just went up in flames.

A federal appeals court just stuck down Donald Trump’s request for a special master, arguing that the courts don’t have the jurisdiction to allow a special master in this case.

“The law is clear,” the court’s ruling began.

“We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so. Either approach would be a radical reordering of our caselaw limiting the federal courts’ involvement in criminal investigations. And both would violate bedrock separation-of-powers limitations.”

This is a devastating legal loss for Donald Trump who was looking to see through his side of the story that the documents were declassified while he was President.

The argument that the special master is “interrupting the investigation” doesn’t make much sense, though.

The purpose of the special master is to review the documents and ensure that everything that’s included in the investigation is in fact fair game.

But without that, Donald Trump is at the mercy of however this plays out. There’s little Trump can do to defend himself against these allegations, procedurally speaking.

Of course, Donald Trump and his legal team will likely take this to the Supreme Court where he has earned some big wins in the past.

The Supreme Court’s heavy conservative makeup certainly gives Donald Trump a chance to be successful in an attempt to appeal to the High Court.

But if the Supreme Court denies his request, he’ll be forced to play ball in the courts and face the DOJ in the courts.
