But now Kamala Harris is being crushed for this unsettling comment made during the debate.
Near the beginning of the debate between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, the Vice President made a comment that was quickly glossed over by the media and that very few are talking about. She mentioned who’s backing her campaign for President, and it’s probably not a name she was supposed to drop in the debate.
Harris mentioned that Goldman Sachs released a report saying that they effectively endorse Kamala Harris’s economic proposals compared to Donald Trump’s, and she paraded this fact at the beginning of the debate. She was quite proud of this support from Goldman Sachs, apparently.
Goldman Sachs, a company ran by a leftist, is now making in-kind contributions to the Kamala Harris campaign by creating lies about her “plans.”

Now that comment is haunting her. Political commentators are pointing out that Goldman Sachs is a part of the elite class that is so far removed from the average American and middle class American families.
So claiming that you’re for middle class America while also boasting about being endorsed by billionaire elites is just not something Americans want to hear. It’s yet another example of how Kamala Harris is aligning herself with the elitist class.
Victor Davis Hanson, a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, recently criticized Goldman Sachs for their assessment that Vice President Kamala Harris’s economic policies could be beneficial. Hanson argued that such endorsements from wealthy institutions could harm middle-class Americans.
Goldman Sachs economists released a note suggesting Harris’s policies might provide a “very slight boost” to GDP investment, while former President Donald Trump’s plans could negatively impact growth due to tariffs and tighter immigration policies.
Hanson’s Critique Of Kamala Harris Campaign
On his podcast, Hanson questioned the credibility of Goldman Sachs’ analysis:
“Why would we listen to someone who makes so much money that will be immune from whatever disastrous policies that will destroy the rest of us? And then they can afford the luxury for social or cultural reasons of supporting a neo-socialist, and that’s what we’re talking about. We really are.”
He compared the situation to aristocrats during the Bolshevik revolution who underestimated Lenin’s impact on their wealth and status.
Criticism of Political Endorsements
Hanson also called out former Republican Vice President Dick Cheney’s recent endorsement of Harris. He expressed concern that Cheney’s approval might extend to potential attorney general choices like Keith Ellison, who has received donations from George Soros.
“Dick Cheney is endorsing the Soros attorney generals, and I don’t understand the ‘Never Trumpers’ or the Goldman Sachs people, that’s what they endorse. They don’t just endorse being kind of liked by the left and kind of having better press coverage… But what they’re really doing to the middle class is they are promoting an agenda that will destroy the middle class,” Hanson stated.
Hanson accused Democrats of dishonesty regarding their policy intentions, particularly on issues like border security, economic deregulation, and foreign policy.
Vice President Harris unveiled her economic policies in mid-August, facing criticism from both sides of the political spectrum. Her proposal to ban “corporate price gouging” to lower grocery prices was met with skepticism, with critics arguing it could potentially increase prices and create black markets.
