Joe Biden makes unprecedented move after threatening Supreme Court Justices
President Biden is marching to the beat of his own drum. He doesn’t care about the consequences of his actions.
And now Joe Biden’s made an unprecedented executive move after threatening the SCOTUS Justices.
It’s no secret that the Joe Biden administration is one of the most power hungry presidential administrations the American people have ever seen in United States history.
He’s obsessed with getting his way, no matter the cost. Just consider how Joe Biden and his Department of “Justice” (if you can call it that at this point) has relentlessly gone after the Texas state government for trying to protect its own citizens against illegal immigration and for stopping the bleeding at the southern border.
More proof of just how far this administration has gone is in Joe Biden’s own State of the Union address that he recently gave. It was the most politically divisive State of the Union address ever. He opened it by attacking the leading presidential candidate in Donald Trump.
Later in the address, he even lobbed a weird, implied threat at the Supreme Court Justices because of their decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Roe is largely considered one of the worst Supreme Court decisions ever, and even the most extremely liberal legal experts all agree that it was never going to stand under the weight of scrutiny forever.

That’s a pretty gross crossing of the line, right? Who low-key threatens Supreme Court Justices like that? Who are you, Chuck Schumer? Ironic coming from the man who waxes on about how he’s the “saviour” of our American “democracy.”
Not only that, but now Joe Biden’s latest White House announcement is a complete disregard for the rule of law and a major Supreme Court ruling that was handed down just last year.
In the summer of 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Joe Biden’s student debt “forgiveness” plan was unconstitutional and that he needed to get congressional approval before he could proceed with it.
Since then, he’s been looking for ways to skirt that ruling. Now, he’s announced that he and his Democrat lackeys are trying to find ways to spend taxpayer dollars in a socialist scheme to give free student loan debt payments.
“From Day One of his Administration, President Biden vowed to fix the student loan system and make sure higher education is a pathway to the middle class—not a barrier to opportunity,” the Biden administration’s 2025 budget release says.
“Already, the President has cancelled more student debt than any President in history, approving debt cancellation for nearly 4 million borrowers through more than two dozen executive actions.”
The president then goes on to say that they are planning on “eliminating the origination fees charged to borrowers on every new federal student loan.”
Remember how the Supreme Court also ruled that Affirmative Action was outright wrong and unconstitutional for public institutions? Well Joe Biden doesn’t seem to care at all what they think.
In his proposed plan, anyone attending Historically Black Colleges (HBCUs) or other “minority” focused higher education institutions would get two free years of college if their family makes less than $125,000 a year. How is that not prejudiced against white people and an obvious way of trying to keep Affirmative Action alive?
The reality is Joe Biden has no respect for the U.S. Supreme Court when he doesn’t get his way at the end of the day. Democrats are at the point where they are so incredibly radical that even a highly respected institution like the U.S. Supreme Court is to be dragged through the mud and even threatened just because they didn’t get their way. That’s what the Left believes.
Joe Biden is no “moderate” who wants to defend American democracy and mend the differences of an increasingly politically-divided American people. He’s a puppet of the Left that has lost their minds.
