The Big Media outlets are, in real-time, trying to deceive the American people that they never called Kamala Harris the “border czar” and that she is not to be blamed for any of the mistakes of the Biden administration for the immigration failures of the past few years. The fact that President Biden himself said that Harris was in charge of getting to the root issues of illegal immigration is enough. This was her cart to push and she failed, whether Harris worshippers like it or not.

Now that Joe Biden is out of the race, the media are pretending Kamala Harris was never the border czar.

In fact, Kamala Harris has reportedly only made one substantial visit to the U.S. southern border with Mexico and that alone is a disgrace. With the issue being what it is right now, the President, the Vice President, and the Department of Homeland Security should be having meetings at the U.S. southern border with top Border Patrol officers far more frequently than once every election cycle term.

What even went down during that one visit to the U.S. southern border? The truth is only just now coming out and it’s truly despicable. Americans have not been told the truth about her visit and it’s certainly not a good look for the Democrats right now in a heated election season where they are clearly up against it.

Federal Agents Clean Up The Border Ahead of Kamala Harris Visit?

In the lead-up to Vice President Kamala Harris’ border visit, federal immigration authorities were directed to clear the streets of migrants, according to sources cited by the New York Post.

Prior to Harris’ June 2021 visit to the U.S.-Mexico border in El Paso, federal agents were reportedly instructed to clean up the area to conceal the true extent of the border crisis. Border Patrol sources told the New York Post that agents were ordered to move illegal migrants out of holding facilities and present a more controlled scene for the vice president. The agents even went as far as to style the hair of unaccompanied minors.

“They rented out numerous hotels and we spent hours relocating people. The children who remained had their hair braided,” one agent revealed, adding that jokes were made about the building being more secure than the border itself.

A former official who was present during Harris’ visit noted, “She had zero interest in really seeing anything. It was rushed.”

In early 2021, President Joe Biden appointed Harris to lead the administration’s efforts to address the root causes of irregular migration from Central America. However, according to CNN, her office began distancing her from the role shortly after the announcement.

Amid growing pressure to visit the border, Harris made the trip in June 2021. Since her appointment to tackle the root causes of illegal immigration, over seven million migrants have attempted to cross the U.S. southern border, based on the latest data from Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

At the time of Harris’ visit, the El Paso sector was experiencing a surge in migrant encounters, with more than 21,500 recorded in that month alone, according to CBP data.

“We sanitized all the aliens out of there to make it look good,” another agent told the New York Post regarding Harris’ visit.

Following President Biden’s recent announcement that he would not seek re-election, Harris has emerged as the presumptive presidential nominee for her party. In this context, several media outlets have attempted to downplay her responsibilities concerning the border crisis.

Congress Condemns Kamala Harris, Optics Get Worse For Democrats

This week, Congress passed a resolution to condemn Kamala Harris for her handling of the illegal immigration crisis during her time as the Vice President of the United States when she was expressly given the role of leading the task force to fix the underlying illegal immigration causes.

Surprisingly, six Democrats voted alongside 213 Republicans in condemnation of Harris as the “border czar”, which the media wants to pretend was never an appropriate title for her.

The honeymoon for Kamala Harris may be winding down as reality smacks the Democrats in the face. Americans aren’t just going to ignore everything that happened over the past few years. Trying to pretend like the disasters of the Joe Biden administration on the illegal immigration issue never happened just further contribute to bad optics for the Democrats. Many political strategists agree that Kamala Harris is bound to look worse and worse in the weeks ahead now that she’s in the spotlight.
