Trump supporters are fuming after what AOC just said about them
Rep. Ocasio-Cortez is always making headlines. But it’s usually for all the wrong reasons.
And Trump supporters are fuming after what AOC just said about them.
The Left is growing increasingly worried about former President Donald Trump’s reelection chances this fall.
Trump is doing well in the polls and if the presidential election were held today he would likely defeat President Joe Biden.
Not only that, but Trump is also making a play for blue states that have not voted Republican in decades.
One of these states is New York, where the former president held a rally on Thursday in the Bronx.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-NY) was not pleased about the rally in her home state and took to X (formerly Twitter) to let her feelings about it be known.
When Politico reporter Jeff Coltin posted on X that Crotona Park in the Bronx was going to be “a muddy MESS tonight for the Trump rally,” Ocasio-Cortez shared the post and simply said, “God is Good.”

But even though there was rain earlier in the day, many people still waited in line to see the former president.

“Trump supporters will literally camp out for weeks in rain, sleet, and snow for a rally. AOC can’t even get people to show up to events with meal voucher bribes,” one user on X said in response to AOC’s “God is Good” post.
Another user said, “AOC is taking joy in the suffering of her constituents who want to exercise their Constitutional right to free speech by supporting President Trump. That really says it all. AOC wants people she represents in Congress to suffer if they don’t support her politics. Disgraceful.”
But despite Ocasio-Cortez’s taunting about the weather, the skies cleared just in time for the Trump rally.
Thousands attended the event and the weather didn’t prohibit them from doing so.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez can only dream of drawing in a crowd the size of what was seen at the Trump rally in the Bronx. Instead, she’s mostly used to bringing in crowds of only a handful of people:

Maybe next time she’ll focus less on making snarky comments to Trump supporters and focus more on actually trying to properly do her job as a congresswoman, something she’s failed at quite a bit during her time in the U.S. House.
