Vice President Vance is under fire. He’s completely stunned over what happened.

And JD Vance was brutally attacked by the last person he ever expected.

In the heart of America’s fight against deadly drug cartels, a clash erupted between two prominent Republicans, highlighting tensions within the party on how best to crush foreign threats poisoning U.S. streets.

Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) unleashed a sharp attack on Vice President JD Vance for backing President Trump’s strike against a Venezuelan boat allegedly used in narcotics trading.

The operation, which took out 11 individuals aboard the vessel, drew praise from Vance, who took to X to declare that “k*lling cartel members who poison our fellow citizens is the highest and best use of our military.”

But Paul, the more libertarian aligned firebrand who’s clashed with Trump on multiple fronts, fired back, accusing Vance of celebrating an act that skipped any form of justice.

“JD ‘I don’t give a sh—‘ Vance says k*lling people he accuses of a crime is the ‘highest and best use of the military,’ ” Paul shot off on X that same Saturday.

He didn’t stop there, invoking classic American literature to drive his point home: “Did he ever read To K*ll a Mockingbird?” Paul asked. “Did he ever wonder what might happen if the accused were immediately executed without trial or representation?? What a despicable and thoughtless sentiment it is to glorify k*lling someone without a trial.”

This spat unfolded amid Vance’s heated exchange with left-leaning social media agitator Brian Krassenstein, who labeled the strike a potential war crime for targeting civilians without due process.

Vance, never one to mince words, dismissed the criticism outright: “I don’t give a sh– what you call it.”

Paul’s outburst fits his long-standing pattern of slamming aggressive foreign policies from leaders in both parties, often positioning himself as a lone voice against overreach.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration is ramping up its no-holds-barred campaign to dismantle international drug networks that flood American communities with fentanyl and other k*llers.

President Trump announced the Caribbean strike last Tuesday, pinpointing the boat as run by the notorious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua, with cargo destined to harm American families. To pile on the pressure, the administration jacked up the reward for Venezuelan dictator Nicolás Maduro to a whopping $50 million just last month.

Adding muscle to the effort, the U.S. has deployed 10 cutting-edge F-35 stealth fighters to Puerto Rico, bolstering U.S. defenses in the region against these criminal invaders.

Some detractors are whining about the strike’s legality, pointing out that Congress hasn’t formally tagged Tren de Aragua as an enemy combatant yet.

Yet Vance stood tall as a fierce advocate for the action, framing it as essential protection for everyday Americans: “Democrats: let’s send your kids to die in Russia. Republicans: actually let’s protect our people from the scum of the earth,” he posted on X.

Administration heavyweights are making it clear this is just the beginning, with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth vowing that the mission “won’t stop with just this strike.”

Secretary of State Marco Rubio echoed that toughness, warning other drug runners that they will “face the same fate.”

This internal GOP dust-up exposes a divide: Paul’s isolationist leanings versus the populist drive to hit hard against threats that k*ll thousands of American citizens yearly through overdose epidemics.
