Conservatives have been saying Joe Biden is a figurehead for years now. There’s no hiding from that truth anymore.
And you won’t believe who just exposed Joe Biden as a puppet President.
Over the past decade or so, the power within the Democrat Party has dramatically shifted out of the hands of the Old Guard Establishment and into the hands of the radical so-called “progressives.”
The Democrat Establishment still has a ton of power over their Party members, just like the GOP Establishment does.
But the growing radicalism of the Leftist base has forced Establishment Party members to take a back seat to the new progressive wing of their Party.
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is a perfect example of that.
Cortez is a relatively new member of Congress, and yet she has become a more powerful Democrat than many Democrats who have been around the block for decades.
But she will also get herself into trouble by stepping out of line.
The Biden administration has been trying to sell the idea that they have the southern border crisis “under control” even though the American people know that’s not true.
They are hoping if they deny it enough, Americans will move on from the issue.
But that’s where AOC comes in.
AOC recently said in a speech that all illegal immigrants should have the “right to seek asylum” because it’s supposedly “enshrined” in international law.
“The right to seek asylum is enshrined in domestic and international law,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said.
She went on to put the Biden administration on blast for not letting absolutely everyone cross the border at will.
“Instead, this administration is making it effectively impossible to seek refuge at our border.”
It’s certainly weird to hear that AOC is upset with Joe Biden for making the border “too secure” when we all know that the border is more insecure than ever under Joe Biden’s tenure.
The border crossing numbers prove that.
That being said, what AOC is actually proving is that Joe Biden isn’t the one in control here.
Joe Biden is simply playing the political fiddle by trying to appease both the radical Left who want no border control whatsoever, as well as the Democrat Establishment who are not quite as fond of open borders.
This effectively makes him a figurehead that is only being told what to do, rather than taking matters into his own hands.
This is largely why Americans have a more positive outlook of Republican leaders like Ron DeSantis rather than the likes of Joe Biden or Kamala Harris.
These Democrat “leaders” have only led America into a ditch.
